Tell me am I different than the other girls
How is it that I can smile at you
But you can walk away so quickly from me
Why is it that I stand here waiting for the right time
Watching all of life and love just passing me by

Flying high, I can touch the clouds as they float by
Wondering why the world I see isn’t what it used to be
